Neuro-Radiologist, Sweden

This neuroradiology department is a highly specialised operation and one of the largest neuroradiology clinics in Sweden with approximately 34,000 diagnostic examinations annually.We offer highly specialised diagnostics and a strong collegial community. It is a multicultural clinic that finds strength in their differences. The work is conducted in the newly built BOIC, Image and intervention centre, in pleasant premises. Research is an integrated and natural part of the business and there are good opportunities for participation in research projects and admission to doctoral education.The operations are in a Sweden's second largest city with over 600,000 inhabitants. The city is located on Sweden's southwest coast, in the heart of Scandinavia.The position involves work with MR and CT diagnostics of acute and chronic conditions in both the central and peripheral nervous system, as well as in the ear-nose-throat area. The work includes roving activities and multidisciplinary conferences. Having experience with ultrasound neck is a plus but not a must. Teaching resident doctors is a part of the duties.
