Requirements

• A Master of Science in Engineering, logistics, or other relevant educational or equal working experience.
• A minimum of three years of leadership experience within a relevant area.
• A minimum of three years of experience in logistics, production planning, or similar.
• Proven ability and interest in leading, developing, and challenging the organization.
• Skills to combine strategic thinking with operational actions.
• Strong business understanding and customer focus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as IFS).
• Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
