Head of Maintenance Services

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Maintenance Manager at our Upplands Väsby site. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the maintenance function and drive business results by ensuring seamless production processes and implementing strategies to minimize downtime.

• Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and business continuity plans.
• Coach and mentor the maintenance team to adopt best practices and drive excellence in maintenance performance.
• Interface with key stakeholders to build and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver business objectives.
• Model values and principles through effective leadership and coaching, developing skills capability across the plant technical team.

• Superb leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with proficiency in English and Swedish.
• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in relevant industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business results.
• Experience in Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma, and related concepts.
• A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment, with expertise in progressive maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP PM module and technology automation basics.
