We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Engineer to join our team at TN Sweden.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the engineering team with administration, documentation, and verification activities. They will ensure that product information is up-to-date and in accordance with IKEA documentation guidelines and standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Make moderate changes to products, including technical requirements and labels.
  2. Ensure technical product documentation is up-to-date and follows IKEA documentation guidelines and standards.
  3. Identify and address gaps in product documentation.
  4. Take responsibility for the legal compliance marking of products.
  5. Work closely with engineers across several teams.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Passionate about keeping things organized.
  • Committed and self-driven with a strong desire to influence and make a difference.
  • Ability to work in a structured way and take the lead in planning and executing work.
  • Knowledgeable in 3D drawings and SolidWorks.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Structured in your ways of working with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create confidence and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a goal- and delivery-oriented mindset and a passion for details.
  • Highly committed to your assignment with the confidence to drive yourself.
