**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled professionals for our customers in the automotive, IT, energy, and telecommunication industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- **CAD Design and Tolerance Chain Calculations**: Past experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, including tolerance chain calculations.
- **Simulation and Programming Tools**: Experience with Matlab / Simulink or other simulation and programming tools is a merit.
- **Automotive Experience**: FMEA and similar automotive experience is meritorious.
- **Design for Manufacturing and Test Experience**: Understanding design for manufacturing and hands-on test experience.
- **Electromobility and ADAS**: Past experience related to electromobility or ADAS is preferred.
- **Agile Working Methodology**: Familiar with Agile working methodology.
- **System Development Management**: Past system development management experience is meritorious, including requirement clarification and management, and experience with requirement management tools such as SystemWeaver, Elektra, Polarion, or Doors.
- **Industrialization and Homologation Processes**: Understanding industrialization and homologation processes, system architecture design, quality and production experience, and a proven history in similar roles is a merit.
- **Test Processes and Traceability**: Understanding test processes and traceability, being able to work with different disciplines, and providing the cross-functional development team with accurate and clear feedback, including HIL & SIL development & testing, SW testing, understanding of validation steps, and test specification development, including hands-on execution.
- **Minimum 5 Years of Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven history.
- **Self-Driven and Outgoing**: Self-driven, outgoing, and result-oriented.
