Bodyshop Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join our bodyshop team as a skilled Body Repair Technician. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs on Tesla vehicles, from basic to medium complexity. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

1. Carry out repairs according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
2. Remove, install, and replace any bolt-on panels, bumpers, lamps, and perform quality control checks for alignment.
3. Carry out cosmetic repairs on all Tesla models in accordance with the Tesla specific repair procedures.
4. Evaluate vehicle damage prior to work commencing and ensure accurate assessment.
5. Meet daily targets set by the production manager to ensure completion date deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Body Repair Technician in a body shop environment.
• Prior body repair experience on Tesla vehicles is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with adhesive bonding and mechanical fasteners.
• Industry recognized accreditation highly beneficial.
