Key Responsibilities- Design and Development of OS Distribution: Develop a customized Windows-operating system distribution that meets the client's specific needs, including the selection of components, features, security settings, and integration with the client's infrastructure.
- Management and Updates: Create processes and routines for regular updates and maintenance of the OS distribution, including security patches and performance optimizations.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that the operating system's configuration meets the highest possible security standards, including implementing appropriate security policies, monitoring, and responding to security threats.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of the OS distribution to ensure compatibility with the client's hardware and applications, and identify and resolve any issues or problems.
- Dokumentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for the OS distribution, including installation guides, configuration settings, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Support and Expertise: Serve as an expert resource for internal IT teams and users, providing technical support related to the operating system and contributing to best practices.
- Completed secondary education
- At least 5 years of work experience in Windows server
- At least 2 years of work experience in implementing at least two projects involving Windows server (total of at least 2 years of experience)
- At least 2 years of work experience in automated installations and management, e.g., backup, patching, configuration
- At least 1 year of work experience in SCCM and WSUS
- At least 1 year of work experience in Ansible, Terraform, Saltstack, or Puppet
- At least 1 year of work experience in VMware Aria (vRA)
- At least 1 year of work experience in documenting technical solutions
