Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer - Design Lead to oversee the development of auxiliary power equipment for HVDC stations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and coordinating tasks with various stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team to deliver complex auxiliary power systems for HVDC stations
  • Coordinate task delegation, guidance, and follow-up with team members
  • Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive project success

Requirements:

  • Proven technical competence and leadership experience in electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of CAD tools and software for electrical circuit diagrams and layouts
  • Familiarity with selectivity studies and low-voltage equipment installation/commissioning
  • Excellent teamwork skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to travel for customer and supplier meetings, site supervision, and other work-related activities
