About the Role:
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the scrum team to achieve its goals. You will develop data formats and models for the value stream in accordance with our data strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies, eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with different stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with 7+ years' experience as an IT Analyst/Business Analyst/Developer, with at least 3 years in the capacity of leading teams as a Technical Lead. A firm grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum) is essential, along with exposure to main relational data storage/data transfer/REST API technologies. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience are also necessary.
