Job Description:

The Senior Business Controller will be responsible for driving financial performance management within the Sales Area North Europe. This includes proactively taking ownership of operational and profitability improvements, supporting strategic and tactical financial decisions, and advising on governance and compliance processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in finance or business administration.
• Several years' experience in finance and business management.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with financial systems, data warehouse solutions, and ERP systems.
