About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Professional to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of purchased materials within your category.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate supplier-dependent deviations in production and follow up on quality data
- Set standards for quality control at suppliers and evaluate and verify new and existing items
- Review new and existing suppliers and initiate and follow up on complaint cases
- Collaborate with Operational Buyer, Strategic Buyer, and Project Buyer, as well as the R&D department
Requirements
- Academic degree from a university and relevant experience from a production company
- Several years of experience in supplier quality
- Experience with quality methods and standards, supplier audits, and very good English language skills
