Tillberg Design of Sweden is a leading design studio part of Viken Group, expanding our team in Hoganas (Sweden) with a talented Junior/Middleweight/Senior FF&E DESIGNER.

As a key member of our design studio, you will develop and source designs for luxury or commercial sectors: Cruise-ship, Cruise-yacht. Your skill set combines design expertise with an understanding of materials, sourcing, and project management.

The role includes tasks as:

  • Supporting projects throughout all design phases
  • Collaborating closely with designers and project managers
  • Ensuring consistency of the overall design concept
  • Space planning
  • Developing specifications
  • Coordinating CGI visuals with the design team
  • Presenting to clients and supporting seniors
  • Producing mood and material boards
  • Budget management and logistics coordination

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience (Junior), 5-7 years (Mid), 7-10 years (Senior) in the field
  • Good knowledge in materials; know-how, selecting, and specifying
  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Industry knowledge: trends, details, materials, brands
  • Compliance and standards for furniture and fixtures – architectural and marine
  • Proficiency in English
  • Creativity
  • Team player attitude
  • Preferred knowledge of tools such as MS Word, Rhino, Archicad, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, AI
