Outsourcing Supervisor - Character Art

We are seeking an experienced Character Art Supervisor to join our Art Outsourcing team at Sharkmob. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high technical and aesthetic quality of assets produced by our outsourcing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve assets submitted by outsourcing partners to ensure they meet project requirements and standards
  • Manage the asset backlog and prepare briefs to ensure alignment with project needs and technical requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for collaborations and workflows within the Art Outsourcing team
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Character Artist with a focus on realistic art styles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of art quality and the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Bonus Points
  • Previous experience as a Lead, Producer, or Supervisor in a similar role
  • Experience giving feedback on outsourced art for games
  • Experience managing outsourcing pipelines and collaborating with external partners
