Responsibilities:

  1. Developing quality strategies and objectives that meet business needs and international quality standards.
  2. Leading the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  3. Building a strong QA culture within the organization.
  4. Managing quality-related risks, incidents, and crises effectively.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in food production or distribution.
  • Proven experience in implementing quality management systems and working with international food safety standards.
  • University degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience driving improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish and Finnish a plus.
