At Arjo, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services that promote a safe and dignified experience for patients and healthcare professionals. We are seeking a temporary Quality/OHS Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Nordics.

In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence by ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards meet all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and update SOPs and instructions in collaboration with process owners.
* Provide statistical data for reports, KPIs, and management reviews.
* Coordinate Field Actions and Quality Holds within the Nordic region.
* Coordinate OHS compliance within the Nordic Sales and Service organization.
* Conduct internal audits, document findings, and ensure timely closure of identified findings.
* Manage customer complaints, nonconformities, and CAPAs.
* Support in software validation processes.
* Perform safety audits and document findings, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
* Monitor regulatory changes and update the Nordic regulatory compliance list.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quality, OHS, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality, Regulatory, Sustainability, and Occupational Health and Safety.
* Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, EU Medical Device Regulations).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as one of the Nordic languages.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience conducting safety rounds and audits.
