In this role, you will act as a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. You will participate in activities such as product proposals, deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, solution design, and delivery.

You will collaborate with regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist more experienced project leads to deliver desired business results.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Display strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip's products and solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses to identify opportunities for Infobip products.
• Design and implement custom solutions to integrate Infobip products into clients' systems (API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS and SaaS services).
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip's products and solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout project implementation.
• Capture technical requirements and develop technical solutions and service integration plans.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
• Address technical and security questions.
