Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain requirements and specifications for system behavior
  • Model, simulate, and verify detailed RF system behavior
  • Model channel and implementation impairments
  • Create architecture/implementation proposals
  • Derive block specifications
  • Define verification and validation tests and provide functional verification references to implementation teams
  • Write and maintain system design documentation
  • Support project management in planning and execution phases

Requirements:

  • Education: M.Sc./Ph.D. in electrical engineering/microelectronics with a focus on analog/RF/mm Wave IC design or equivalent experience
  • Work Experience: Several years of experience in wireless transceiver/radar innovation and/or product development
  • Strong expertise in analog/RF IC design
  • Experience with state-of-the-art system modeling tools (Matlab/verilogAMS/SystemC-AMS)
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing is a plus
  • Customer- and solution-oriented
  • Good communication skills
