Key Account Manager: Unlocking Growth Opportunities

As a Key Account Manager at Gruppo SKF, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop and execute sales plans, and provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, and to identify and address customer concerns.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection, application, and usage.
  5. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market trends.
  7. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote products and services.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master of Sc. Engineering degree or equivalent Finance/Sales/Marketing degree with proven engineering ability.
  • Automotive industry experience and/or education is merited.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
