Key Responsibilities:
  1. SOURCE AND MANAGE RAW MATERIALS: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure consistent access to high-quality raw materials and components.
  2. Negotiate Favourable Terms: Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  3. Oversight and Risk Management: Oversee supplier performance and take proactive measures to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company standards; assess and manage risks in the supply chain.
  4. Inventory Management and Logistics: Oversee inventory management and logistics to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize production delays while optimizing costs.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure materials align with product specifications, regulatory standards, and company goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in raw materials or energy sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement within the battery or related industry.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
