About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and customer success professional to join our team at A-hub. As an Account Manager to Avinode Group, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving revenue growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Needs Understanding: Gain deep insights into your customers' business drivers and challenges.
  • Strategic Advisor: Build and maintain strategic advisor relationships with your customers across various departments to communicate and deliver value effectively.
  • Solution Provider: Proactively provide strategic insights and solutions to address customer challenges within the Charter Sales offering.
  • Opportunity Identification: Expand the scope of Avinode Group's products by identifying and further developing opportunities uncovered by Customer Success Managers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, managing prospects to successful conversions.
  • Internal Communication: Communicate customer needs and pain points internally, collaborating with the Product team to influence future product enhancements.
  • Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends by attending events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • CRM Management: Consistently log activities and track sales opportunities in Avinode Group's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills, along with a strong analytical mindset, are essential.
  • You should be comfortable using data, member input, and team insights to inform your recommendations and assessments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time is required.
