Our Swedish operations supply nuclear fuel as well as products and services in automation, maintenance, testing and decommissioning for customers around the world.
As a payroll analyst, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll, completing audits, performing reconciliations and handling daily operational activities with our payroll provider.
- Supporting compliance-related tasks related to payroll (ensuring third-party payments/reporting is done as per legally required).
- Maintaining employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions.
- Preparing regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Working on stabilizing/improving relationships with payroll vendor.
- Maintaining written procedures documenting compliance and processes.
The role is placed in Västerås and offers the possibility to work remotely a few days per week.
Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is beneficial.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and written, is required.
