Join our team at SEB Embedded as a Senior Legal Advisor and play a key role in supporting the business with privacy-related matters.

As a Senior Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing concrete advice on implementing privacy within security, platform, and insights teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and consult on privacy risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of new products and processes by working closely with the Embedded business, design, and data domains.

  • Carry out continuous follow-up of privacy risks relating to ongoing initiatives, collaborate with the marketing & customer life cycles teams to develop an attractive, smooth customer experience where privacy is embedded.

  • Participate in customer reviews and audits, draft and update privacy and cookie notices, and provide internal training and draft privacy-related FAQs, guidelines, and handbooks.

  • Provide hands-on, risk-based advice that the business can apply in practice, support the business with privacy-related matters including privacy assessments.

Requirements

  • Experience working with legal matters related mainly to GDPR and Privacy.

  • Excellent administration skills, ability to work independently and contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.

  • Team player mindset, thrive to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
