Devops Engineer Lead

We're seeking an experienced Devops Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive Devops roadmap that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Devops strategy that incorporates infrastructure automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Design and implement robust infrastructure where automation plays an integral part of the solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment processes and optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Devops with expertise in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and modern Devops tools and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical platforms, containerization, and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams and managing complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
  • Relevant certifications in Devops.
