We are seeking a highly motivated Consumer Research Director to lead our consumer research function and drive strategic decisions across the organization.

1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive consumer insights strategies that align with our business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into global frameworks, ensuring relevancy and integration.
3. Leverage global tools and methodologies to uncover regional and local consumer, shopper, market, and snacking insights.
4. Promote global and regional best practices through effective partnership and communication with stakeholders at all levels.

1. Proven track record in insights for consumer products gained through industry and/or consulting experience.
2. Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and remote teams, driving collaboration and results.
3. Strong leadership skills enabling effective partnership and communication with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority.
