About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Account Manager to join our team. As a Vendor Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts in new countries and regions, ensuring data quality and accuracy, creating and maintaining projects, generating and analyzing reports, and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in Operational Project Delivery and Project Management, and involves managing vendor accounts, creating and maintaining projects, and facilitating project close out.

  • Manage vendor accounts in new countries and regions.
  • Assist with data housekeeping for active/inactive projects.
  • Update project templates with regional language and in line with scaling requirements.
  • Generate reports on late tasks/deliverables for the project delivery team.
  • Evaluate and mitigate schedule risk status.
  • Coordinate with Security Project Managers on project updates.
  • Communicate with suppliers about materials procurement.
  • Close out projects, verify costs and documentation, review schedules and reports, and resolve gaps.
  • Maintain project equilibrium and provide reports as directed.
  • Administer approved Vendor accounts to include AME/Lenel Access/Hardware.
  • Remediate administrative errors proactively.
  • Create projects on Security Tools based on E2E signals and site evaluations.
  • Manage data between Evaluation and Operations teams for reporting and milestone capture.
  • Collect, maintain, and validate data for LT presentations.
  • Lead IT department efforts, handle integrator management, and support report and app development.
  • Align best practices and processes with the Delivery Lead.
  • Create MSPKC Folders for project documentation.
  • Owning and accountable for EMEA DCPS reporting, apps, tools, and SharePoint lists.
  • Coordinate with DCI on PO process automation.
  • Collaborate with DCD on RFS dates and data alignment.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and progressively responsible experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Datacenter and contract security vendor experience a plus.
