Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert legal advice to business units in Sweden.
  • Negotiating contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop business models and identify legal risks.
  • Reviewing and drafting contract documents, including framework agreements and partnership/consortium agreements.
  • Liaising with external law firms and experts to resolve disputes and litigations.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
