About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team at TaxiCaller. As a Software Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our cloud-based taxi dispatch system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans to identify defects and ensure the system meets requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce manual regression testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/designers, back-end developers, front-end/web developers, and support team members
  • Investigate and resolve customer-reported bugs and issues
  • Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in software testing, including black-box testing, E2E testing, and test automation
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and continuous integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Selenium, Gitlab, and Jenkins
  • Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
