Senior Technical Account Manager

TN Sweden Job DescriptionThis role involves serving as the technical asset to the EMEA North Sales Team, assisting Solution Sales Executives and prospective customers in understanding how to resolve different business challenges with LeanIX solutions.
You will educate and guide current and prospective customers toward the optimal setup needed to derive value from our product in a variety of different environments. This requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to describe complex problems using easy-to-understand language.
Collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Product teams ensures alignment with all product developments and customer use cases. A strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and IT Portfolio Management methodologies is essential, along with a passion for both the LeanIX product and taking a consultative approach when advising customers.
- Conducting technical discovery with partners and end-users to identify business challenges.
- Solving problems and demonstrating value by architecting customer solutions.
- Managing and developing partnership relationships and expectations, delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Communicating partner and customer requirements to internal technical experts when necessary.
- Successfully managing and executing technical proof of concepts (POCs).
- Building a community of technical resources at our partners that will sponsor LeanIX within the partner and their customer base.
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise-level presales within B2B SaaS environments.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making and a passion for technology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding technical communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
- Demonstrating great solution selling skills, helping prospects understand how LeanIX supports digital transformation.
- Experience with adoption of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands-on experience with application architectures (e.g., DevOps, REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment).
- Knowledge of IT portfolio management frameworks such as TOGAF, ITSM/ITIL, CMDB, APM, Cobit.
- Experience working with consulting partners, preferably with global consulting firms.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
