About the Role

As a K Beauty Representative, you will play a key role in showcasing our extensive range of K-beauty products to customers and providing them with expert advice on their benefits and uses.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Education: Educate customers on the features and benefits of our K-beauty products.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Recommendations: Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their individual needs.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product placement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics – K-beauty knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous sales or retail experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
