Headhunting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Headhunting Specialist to join our team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various industries and regions.

Your primary mission will be to source, attract, and present high-quality candidates while maintaining excellent relationships with them and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our clients.

You will work on high-impact headhunting projects for a diverse range of global clients and be part of a team that values precision, quality, and relationship-building.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in headhunting, executive search, or strategic talent sourcing, as well as expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive search strategies.

You must have strong ability to attract and engage passive candidates, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a structured, process-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.

Fluent English is required, and Swedish is a plus but not necessary.
