Large-Scale Industrial Electrical Supervisor Progressiv Solutions AB

We are seeking a highly skilled Large-Scale Industrial Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical construction activities across Europe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical construction management and a strong background in project coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of all electrical construction activities from initiation to commissioning.
  • Management of project schedules, budgets, and milestone achievements.
  • Leadership of diverse teams and coordination with engineering offices.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 15–20 years in site/construction supervision and management.
  • 10–15 years on major industrial projects (Metals, Mining, or Oil & Gas preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
  • Expertise in electrical substations, MV, LV, I&C, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Regulations: Familiarity with Swedish codes and standards.
  • Work Eligibility: Must have European citizenship or a valid work visa for Europe.
