Vad du kommer att göra- Utföra trendanalys på prestanda och incidenter som input till kapacitetsplanering och problemhantering
- Kontrollera drift och övervakning av IT/OT-Service
- Definiera, planera och genomföra system-, applikations- och databasuppgraderingar
- Leda utvärderingar av applikations- och infrastrukturprodukter samt olika business case för implementering
- Identifiera och driva processförbättringar inom produktionen utifrån ett TPM mindset
- Eskalera problem till intressenter inom organisationen och föreslå förbättringsområden ur ett operativt perspektiv
- Stötta fabrikens processingenjörer i projektrelaterade aktiviteter kopplade till fabrikens utveckling.
Du är en självständig och målinriktad teamspelare med analytisk förmåga att hantera flera processer samtidigt. Du motiveras av strukturerad problemeliminering och trivs med samarbete, kunskapsöverföring och utveckling.
Egenskaper:
- Kommunikativ och driven lagspelare med god prioriteringsförmåga
- Öppen för förändringar och hanterar komplexitet
- Strukturerad och tar stort eget ansvar
- Utforskar synergier i samarbete med kollegor och intressenter
- Erfarenhet inom IT och Operational Technology
- Tidigare erfarenhet som processingenjör eller likvärdigt arbete
- Kunskap och erfarenhet av CAD är meriterande
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
- Erfarenhet av TPM (lean) är meriterande
- Erfarenhet från medicin- eller livsmedelsindustrin är meriterande
- Relevant utbildning inom IT/OT, system, maskinteknik eller produktionsteknik
