Job Description

We are looking for a Production Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading various product and range communication development projects, from creation to delivery. This includes end-to-end responsibility of the creation, production, and delivery phases, as well as managing external assets and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of communication assets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing creation & production of brand, product and/or range communication, as well as successfully managing multiple streams of production flows and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and leading project workflows, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines;
  • Managing budgets, costs, and quality control throughout the production process;
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including creatives and multicultural teams, to deliver high-quality content;
  • Evaluating and implementing new production methods and tools to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders, addressing key issues or risks that may affect stakeholder agreements.
