Unlocking Digital Transformation Potential
TN Sweden Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our EMEA North Sales Team, you will be responsible for identifying business challenges and providing solutions to our clients.
Your primary focus will be on educating and guiding current and prospective customers on how to derive maximum value from our LeanIX solutions. This requires a deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and IT Portfolio Management methodologies, as well as excellent communication and technical skills.
Collaborating with our Customer Success and Product teams ensures seamless alignment with all product developments and customer use cases. You will play a critical role in building long-term partnerships with our clients, driving mutual success and growth.
- Partnering with clients to identify business challenges and develop customized solutions.
- Designing and implementing technical proof of concepts (POCs) to demonstrate value.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Communicating client needs to internal stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Enterprise-level presales within B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker), application architectures (DevOps, REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment), and IT portfolio management frameworks (TOGAF, ITSM/ITIL, CMDB, APM, Cobit).
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with consulting firms and delivering results-driven solutions.
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
