About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team at King. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the highest quality of our games.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks for mobile games, applications, and other testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain automation on a cloud platform like GCP
  • Work with cloud testing services like Perfecto or SauceLabs
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
  • Lead, coach, and inspire teammates to improve test workflows via automation

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end test automation for mobile games, applications, and other testing strategies
  • Experience programming in Java, with exposure to C++, Python, and Database languages
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins (job DSL and pipeline)
  • Experience in improving test workflows via automation (Github and Slack integrations, notifications, and alerts)
  • Habit of collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with build tools like CMake and Gradle
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk, Graylog, and Grafana
  • Experience with one of the automation test tools: Cypress, JEST, or Puppeteer
