Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement system architectures and drive software projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and integrate web services (APIs, REST, gRPC) to ensure seamless operation within industrial automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and ensure quality, scope, and cost targets are met.
  • Manage knowledge documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within the team.
  • Safeguard intellectual property (IP) and ensure ABB's strategic position in the market is strengthened.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in C# programming, with a deep understanding of FFmpeg for multimedia processing.
  • Strong foundation in system architecture and design, with a proven track record of independently managing and executing complex software projects.
  • Proficiency in developing web services, including APIs, REST, and gRPC, as well as solid experience with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with tools like Git and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative approach.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience in managing intellectual property.
