About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and managing agency partners to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of the Swedish market and culture. You will be a hands-on marketing all-rounder with strong project management capabilities, able to manage external partners and operate in a culturally diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns to roll out the marketing strategy developed by the holding company for the Swedish market.
  • Manage agency partners to execute campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Handle all aspects of local marketing operations, including social media management, campaign implementation, and content localization.
  • Ensure consistent communication of the company's brand message across Sweden through various mediums.
  • Collaborate with international and local Swedish teams to integrate efforts.
  • Drive the execution of marketing projects on time, within scope, and in line with local market demands.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Swedish with a deep understanding of the local market and culture.
  • Experience: 7-15 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment or within a company where you manage comprehensive marketing projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management capabilities, able to manage external partners and operate in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English.
