We're looking for a skilled IT consultant to join our team at VIPAS AB.

Job Description:

As an IT consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain custom Jira solutions.

Your expertise in ScriptRunner and Jira Query Language (JQL) will be essential in supporting our client's mission-critical project management environment.

You'll design and configure custom workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notifications within Jira, and use ScriptRunner and JQL to automate processes, build custom reports, and create tailored dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Development: Develop and implement custom Jira solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Use ScriptRunner and JQL to automate processes, build custom reports, and create tailored dashboards.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Engage with teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and deliver training sessions to foster efficient tool usage and adoption.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a Jira Developer or Atlassian Engineer, with a strong focus on ScriptRunner and JQL.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and OpsGenie.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
