About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer responsible for the introduction and deployment of the process/unitary business in Scandinavia. Reporting to the Country Leader of Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, maximizing account share, and ensuring customer retention. The role is remote within Sweden, Denmark, or Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective HVAC-related solutions to customer problems, considering financial and performance-based factors.
  • Identify customer needs and market opportunities, coordinating acquisition teams when necessary.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and team members.
  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans to foster strong, profitable partnerships.
  • Assist customers with technical queries on HVAC systems and MTA products.
  • Travel to customer job sites as required.
