As part of our efforts to strengthen our capabilities in preventing financial crimes, we are recruiting a Financial Crime Risk Assessment Specialist to join our team in Stockholm or Malmö.
This role entails collaborating with our teams to develop and implement new methodologies for financial crime risk assessments. You will also be responsible for conducting ongoing risk assessments to ensure SEB's understanding of its financial crime risks and mitigation strategies.
Key areas of focus include:
- Risk assessment methodologies development and implementation.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, including Financial Crime Prevention, Business Divisions, Group Risk, and Group Compliance.
- Leadership of fundamental risk assessments, encompassing business-wide risk assessments, product vulnerability assessments, geographic threat assessments, industry threat assessments, and customer threat assessments.
- Alignment with business divisions to ensure capture of relevant risks.
- Engagement with stakeholders to facilitate input and dissemination of information on risk assessments.
We are seeking candidates with a strong background in risk management, preferably in financial crime and risk assessments. A high degree of analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and effective communication in both English and Swedish are crucial for success in this position.
