Description of the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join the IT Help Desk Analyst team at Descartes Systems Group. As a key member of our Client Services and Support Organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Nordic and EMEA-based customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Experience in transport management and/or a background in IT support is highly desirable. Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to work are crucial. Knowledge of CRM systems, database management, and Microsoft Windows operating systems is a plus.
