Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software for embedded devices and systems from initial requirements through to production and deployment.
  • Develop, code, test, and debug software in C++ / C.
  • Conduct code reviews and design assessments.
  • Analyze and improve the efficiency, stability, and scalability of system resources.
  • Integrate and validate new product designs.
  • Provide post-production support to resolve issues and enhance features.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to estimate and prioritize the requirement backlog.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in C/C++ programming.
  • Swedish citizenship is required.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Hands-on experience in development and troubleshooting on embedded systems.
  • Experience in system design utilizing preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces, and hardware subsystems.
  • Experience with Linux Kernel driver development is advantageous.
  • Ability to read schematics and datasheets for components.
  • Experience in defense or radio systems is a plus.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Capacity to integrate seamlessly into a dynamic international business environment.
  • Proficient in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
