About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Growth team at Northvolt ETT AB. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving the hiring process for our team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy Development: Analyze the hiring needs of our Business Unit and craft tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Utilize new sourcing channels, engagement tools, and candidate attraction methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Team Management and Goal Setting: Set clear objectives for your team and each individual aligned with Business Unit and broader business goals. Regularly review these goals with your team to ensure alignment and adjust based on performance data as needed.
- Recruitment Data Analysis and Reporting: Ensure your team collects and analyzes recruitment data on status and effectiveness to optimize processes and report effectively to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Employer Branding and Marketing: Work closely with central Employer Branding and marketing to ensure that the employer brand is attractive and consistent across all channels. Localize branding efforts to appeal to the targeted talent pool.
- Staffing and Project Management: Oversee all staffing of hiring projects in your team and ensure the work is evenly distributed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behaviour science, or related field required.
- At least three, preferably five, years of professional human resources / talent acquisition experience with experience in talent acquisition preferred.
- Excellent English written and oral skills.
- Experience and interest in manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French).
- Experience from a multi-cultural environment.
