Supply Chain Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply & Operations Planning Manager to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. As a key member of our Business Unit High Speed Separators, you will be responsible for managing the Supply & Operations Planning process for our products.
Your primary focus will be on leading and organizing the S&OP process, conducting monthly product reviews, and quarterly segmentation to set service level targets and optimize inventory. You will also be responsible for analyzing data for product review meetings, supporting global projects, and investigating issues to find solutions.
As a Supply & Operations Planning Manager, you will work closely with supply chain planning specialists, sourcing teams, and other departments to ensure efficient supply planning and inventory management. You will also be responsible for evaluating planning decisions and suggesting improvements, supporting forecasting, and inventory performance to prevent stock-outs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and organize the S&OP process for our products
- Conduct monthly product reviews and quarterly segmentation to set service level targets and optimize inventory
- Analyze data for product review meetings and support global projects
- Investigate issues to find solutions and evaluate planning decisions
- Support forecasting and inventory performance to prevent stock-outs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar setting
- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
