Lead Our Commercial Activities in Sweden

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager and Co-founder for Sweden to drive our commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT sales, procurement, or project management, with a strong business network and native Swedish language proficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Promote the value of freelancing and on-demand work to executives from the top 20 enterprises in Sweden.
  2. Identify and acquire new clients from the target market.
  3. Represent Proteams on-site as part of the hyper-care enterprise service, evaluating incoming requests and engaging with clients.
  4. Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and successful service execution.
  5. Develop strategic partnerships.
  6. Build a network among existing and potential clients to facilitate communication and collaboration on freelancing for enterprises.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Strong business network.
  3. Relevant experience in IT/digital.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Degree from a leading university.
  7. Proven track record of exceeding expectations as a manager.
  8. A self-starter who can navigate across a global organization.
  9. Strong knowledge of marketing and performance measurement.
  10. Passion for digital products and services.
  11. Business-level fluency in both Swedish and English, ready to represent Proteams in meetings and events.
