About the Job

LEAD Incubator is seeking a highly motivated Business Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in the Life Science sector and a passion for supporting startups. As a Business Coach, you will work closely with researchers and entrepreneurs, helping them to develop and implement business strategies that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Coach will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one coaching to startup founders and researchers, focusing on strategy development, solution implementation, and goal achievement.
  • Facilitating workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics relevant to startups, such as business development, funding, and marketing.
  • Building a collaborative and supportive community among incubated startups, promoting knowledge sharing and networking.
  • Acting as a mentor and guide, leveraging your own experience to help startups navigate the entrepreneurial journey.
