About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google ad campaigns for Oriflame sales companies. The focus will be on the Oriflame business opportunity and promoting attractive product offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assist Oriflame sales companies with setting up and executing Meta and Google ad campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential Members and Brand Partners through targeted advertising.
  • Affiliate Program: Management and execution of the company's influencer affiliate program.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, and ROI.
  • Lead Generation Tools for Brand Partners: Scouting, analysis, recommendation, and scouting.
  • Best Practices Sharing: Collaborate with teams across different markets to share best practices and insights, ensuring consistent and effective campaign strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Development: Work with the creative team to source compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and apply this knowledge to improve campaign performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with Oriflame's brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth and Lead Generation, specifically with Meta and Google ad platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with high conversion rates and low cost per conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
