Enterprise Roadmap Strategist

We are looking for a Senior Operational Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for developing and managing capability area plans in close alignment with end-to-end processes, other capability areas, and business functions across IKEA companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously manage capability area plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Lead and facilitate planning on all time horizons for the capability areas, scope definition, prioritization, and sequencing work in relation to capacity and value enablement.
• Facilitate relevant forums according to agile methodologies and communicate the status of the capability area plan to relevant stakeholders, identifying and maintaining stakeholder maps.
• Implement pre-requisites such as common tools and ways of working and contribute to setting OKRs for the capability area that contribute to strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Strong desire to collaborate across teams and functions to reach common goals.
• Ability to set-up and maintain a roadmap and understand how to make it adopted and used.
• Extensive interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with colleagues of different seniority levels.
• Organizational and coordination skills, taking multiple sources of information and bringing them together.
• Strong analytical and planning skills, tactical capability, and clarity in communication.
