Our Supply Chain organization is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met and maintained throughout the supply chain, encompassing raw material suppliers, production, maintenance, warehouse, and distribution.
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead the quality support within our Swedish organization. As a Quality Manager, you will interact with various functions and develop strategies to improve quality management processes and systems. Your primary focus will be on managing the quality work within our Supply Chain organization, ensuring that quality standards are met and maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a well-established priority plan for quality improvements within your area of responsibility.
- Providing strategic plans for improving quality management processes and systems.
- Delivering clear follow-ups and reporting on a monthly basis or more frequently if needed.
- Leading individual projects aimed at creating structural changes within the organization.
- Collaborating with the Quality community across CCEP and Northern Europe Business (NEBU) unit.
- Ensuring fast and clear management and communication in case of emergency events or crises within your area of responsibility.
Skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant academic degree.
- Several years of documented experience within Quality and Food Safety (HACCP).
- Knowledge and experience from working in management systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of Swedish law regarding quality management.
- Fluent skills in English and Swedish.
