The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating diverse breast cancer genomics data, including spatial transcriptomics, spatial epigenomics, single-cell sequencing, extensive breast tissue section images, clinical data, and genome sequences.

The doctoral student will gain a deep understanding of the clinical aspects of breast cancer to assess the performance and relevance of the integrated data. Advanced computational methods, including Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, will be employed and developed if necessary.
